Practitioner Description:

Liz Jeannet BSc (1st class Hons) Acupuncture, PGDip Nutrition, MBAcC, LicAc, LHom, MSTAT has been in practice since 1986, and is qualified in Acupuncture, Homeopathy, Nutrition and Alexander Technique. She has acted as consultant for Higher Nature nutrition company and as homeopath at THT/London Lighthouse. She is co-author of "A Consumers Guide to Over the Counter Medicines", Hamlyn, 1991,1996, and is currently completing an MSc in Clinical Nutrition. Liz is senior lecturer on the BSc Acupuncture course at LCTA.



While treating all conditions, her speciality is in treating menopause and related conditions with acupuncture, nutrition, and herbs, offering a safe natural alternative to HRT. Her particular interest is in the interplay of hormones such as adrenaline, serotonin, insulin, and oestrogen, and the effects of this on health and mood. Liz is also experienced in treating depression and anxiety and enjoys working with natural medicine in these conditions.
