I am a fully-qualified Alexander Technique teacher based in Crouch End.
Lessons in the Alexander Technique teach you how to prevent harmful habits of tension which may contribute to ill health or under-performance. The teacher uses gentle manipulation and verbal guidance to re-educate your nervous system and give you an experience of moving lightly and freely.
This world famous technique has helped millions of people overcome back pain, muscle tension and stiffness, breathing difficulties, poor posture, anxiety and other stress-related conditions. The Technique can also be very helpful during pregnancy.
