Practitioner Description:Alexander Technique is a Practical Method which anyone can learn, to improve Balance and Co-Ordination in everyday activities.By regaining lost Poise and Co-Ordination, we naturally promote Freedom of Movement, Easy Breathing, Confidence, Happiness and Well-Being. Improved Physical Balance and Co-Ordination encourage: - Centredness, Confidence and Calmness - Enjoyment and ease in achieving what you have set out to do - Higher Energy Levels - Clear Thinking - Agility - A Positive outlook on life - Choice and a sense of direction The Technique can relieve: - Stress and Tension - Chronic Back, Neck or Shoulder Pain - Recurring Headaches - Joint difficulties and Sciatica - Repetitive Strain Injury - Recovery from Injury or Surgery - Panic Attacks - Pregnancy-Related Discomfort - Parkinson's Disease Symptoms Credentials:Three year full-time training at the Constructive Teaching Centre with Walter Carrington; two postgraduate teaching terms. Have been teaching the AT in various Drama Schools. |
