fascinating and enlightening
I was lent this book by a friend after we were chatting about the process of healing.Sandra Ingerman writes clearly about her own experiences and as an introduction to Shamanism this is a fantastic book.It's full of touching experiences of soul retrieval and leaves the reader eager to learn more.
