Editorial Reviews
Review
"Written by a trio of very experienced acupuncture practitioners, clinicians and researchers, the book is a 'one-stop shop' in Western medical acupuncture...I am confident that it will be able to stand on its own and establish itself as THE modern manual of medical acupuncture. I do not think I will stop recommending it."

Brilliant!
By A. A. Suleman
I was looking for an introductory text and stumbled across this fairly recent release. It is really well written and explains the concepts behind western medical acupuncture. It highlights the lastest research and thinking behind acupunct'. It has helped me look at acupuncture from an analylytical, scientific and critical point of view. This I feel, can only be good for me and my patients. Fantastic read and can't recommend enough for those starting off in this exciting field.

BEST ACUPUNCTURE BOOK I HAVE READ
By Duncan Lawler
Simply the best acupuncture book I have read. This is the GOLD STANDARD of western medical acupuncture books. I have been practicing acupuncture for 12 years but only joined the BMAS 2 years ago which I am delighted to have done so. This book is clear, exceptionally well written and easy to follow and understand. it is a MUST BUY for anyone practicing this treatment.

complement to western acupucture
By Ms. H. Stewart
This book is a complement to western acupucture training.
I enjoy the section at the back with trigger points and acupucture points for many problem areas.
