Editorial Reviews
Review
"I'm rather taken with the new edition of this book. Dr. Chaitow has gathered well known experts from several disciplines and has crafted a book that will be used by all of them. A great deal of care has gone into this book. There is a wealth of clinical information and a very good overview of research regarding the use of MET in managing a range of conditions and clinical situations. The focus on other disciplines is a great plus in this new edition. I recommend it."

professional

Very professional position, with in depth explanation and clinical guidance for practitioners. Has a lot of reference at the end. I bought it as a help for my yoga teaching practice to understand the body deeper and in the different perspective. Requires a lot of subject knowledge to understand. Not for beginners. Cd requires to have Java JRE installed.

MET simplified
By Mardy Annie
I was looking for a book on muscle energy technique to supplement my ITEC level 3 sports massage studies.
I had looked at other publications joint authored by Leon Chaitow and whilst these were very detailed with some accompanied by an instructional DVD, they were way beyond my current level of study.
This book however was ideal for my needs and I found it very accessible.
I would recommend it to any entry level sports massage student, as well as a good reference for the more experienced practitioner.Muscle Energy Techniques (Advanced soft tissue techniques)
