This book cured my RSI in a matter of days. I strongly recommended it as the best of the RSI books. I disagree with the previous reviewer, however this shows that there are different sources to the problem.
I recommend this book to everyone, as it teaches you good posture and biomechanics at your workstation, which is essential to prevention as well as cure.

This is NOT the answer
By A customer
This book states that RSI is caused by a structural problem (e.g. pinched nerve, herniated disc) when in fact most people have such problems, but are completely unaware as these are pain free.
This approach to RSI is costing companies and suffers dearly and should be ignored.
Dr John Sarno has a different solution, but you'll have to be open minded. I read his book, did the work and am now 100% pain free.
