5The Reflexology Handbook
By Mrs. Janet Clarke
As a student of Reflexology I found this book to be one of the best I've used. There is lots of information which is delivered in an easy to understand format. The author's passion for her work is very evident and it is more than just a text book from which to learn a routine treatment. Subjects covered are reflex for couples; Women; children; Stress; older people; Athletes; Addictions; Critical conditions; strengthening body systems; etc.
There are lots of easy to follow diagrams and I would recommend this book for the serious student/practitioner.

5Definitely recommend
By kihf
I'm studying complementary therapies at college and needed a book for reflexology. This was recommended to me and it has been so helpful. I have learnt new techniques from it that I haven't learnt from my teacher and there is a lot of information that has definitely helped me through my course. It has all the information about all the different parts of the body(e.g. organs, glands, etc) and their roles. There is also a full foot chart which is the best one I have been able to find the only downside of this book is that there isn't a hand chart. I would definitely recommend this book even if you aren't studying reflexology it is still an interesting book to read.

5Very interesting and easy to follow
By Susannah
I'm a complete novice, am not studying reflexology, but wanted to learn about it and practice it on myself. Although that is not explained, the book is very clear and easy to follow, giving drawings of how to do the reflexology and you can apply it to yourself. It has a complete and clear diagram of the feet with the reflex points that correspond to the different parts of the body; therefore you can concentrate on whichever point you need for your own particular ailments, or simply for relaxation, and can learn how to do this for others.
