Everyone in my family has a copy of this book, which is essential reading for anyone who wants to live a truly healthy life. Bach, the developer of the Bach Flower Essences, explains how the health of the soul is essential to the health of the body, and recommends steps we can take to harmonize the different aspects of our lives. If you've ever wondered why some people catch colds and others don't, he has the answer. And lots of other insights too, which will fascinate and inspire. The best little investment you can make in your health.

5The key to healing the self.

Heal thyself, a real call to his fellow man. Dr.Edward Bach, true visionary and healer, sets out in this text an introduction to his philosophical thinking. Written with feeling and humanity. I found this a moving and heartwarming glimpse into the beliefs of a man that has helped so many, myself included, with his excellent and extraordinary system of Flower Remedies.

5Heal Thyself

I only recently came across this book and purchased it via Amazon. I have read a lot of books over the years but I would definitely put this book very much at or near the top of my list for favourites.
The wisdom of this man is immense and the book, which is short and an easy to read, confronts you with the truth of existence.
It apparently was written at the early stage of his practice and doesn't go into detail about his remedies.
I will recommend this to anybody I come across and feel that a huge increase in understanding our place in life and how to live it fruitfully is the reward.
