Customer Reviews
Pretty good, pretty basic
A good reference, would recommend.
Brilliant, but very ... naked ...
Excellent step by step guide to fully body massage, with helpful anatomical diagrams and practical notes. Although the actual strokes are not explained in great detail, even a complete amateur can learn to do a more than satisfactory job from this book.
Only 4 out of 5 though because a bit wordy and Californian, and, perhaps a British hang-up, but I can't quite understand why those giving the massage in all the pictures have to be naked too ...
very good and reader-friendly
A very thorough guide to massage, it can bring out the masseur in even the most clumsy of us. Very easy to follow, constantly and clearly explaining the rationale behind the do's and dont's and every stroke.
The only drawback is that the illustrations are not numbered so in a few cases it was difficult to understand which move referred to which picture.
On the whole, however, it provides more than any other massage guide I've seen.
