A mini encyclopaedia of information
By Asang Singh (sansing@eurobell.co.uk)
Acupressure for common ailments describes a comprehensive range of acupressure treatments for common ailments (aptly titled!), with the addition of useful tips on relevant herbs and essential oils. The outline of theory that precedes the 'what to do' bit is concise and clear. A very good book.
