Pretty good - does the job
By T. Fraser
I give it 4 stars due to the lack of descriptions for rehabilitation exercise drawings, but apart from that this is realy good concise reference book. Very pleased with it.

Clear, concise and informative
By David
Another excellent book by the Australian trainer..and again, its clearly illustrated, simply written, and full of really useful information.
Its an unusual angle to be looking at the body from. but its important to sportsmen and women and therapists.Would you know how to deal with a Sternum (breastbone) injury? He does.
