1Very Very Basic

This is a very basic video. I thought this DVD was going to show technique for accupressure along meridians of the body for various different ailments. However, the accupressure shown is actually thought as part of the basic massage training. Learned nothing from it apart from this was a waste of money!!!!!!!!!!!

Great dvd easy to understand. Can easily be put into practise.If you are new to acupressure or doing a course, then this dvd helps with some of the common point treatments.
