Hits The Spot!

Buy this odd-looking, yet extremely handy device if you have a hard-to-reach spot that needs constant attention. Especially useful for the back or if you need to apply a good amount of pressure on spots such as the bottom of the foot. Things I like best about it include:

-it's lightweight
-handles positioned so you can keep pressure on a spot while rubbing
-is in the shape of a "hook" so virtually no spot is out of reach

Intended for those who need to regularly massage out tense areas in the muscles, it's a very useful tool- and cheaper than therapy! Also recommend Treat Your Own Spinal Stenosis if you suffer from chronic back pain.

Having suffered from severe back, shoulder and neck pain for several years, and the associated depression and frustration that goes with that, I reached a point where I desperately wanted to get to take control of the problem myself - not rely on chiropractors, masseurs, painkillers, etc.

Not being one for gadgets that inevitably end up on a shelf somewhere gathering dust, I did my research on pain-self-management techniques and aids before buying anything. As a result of that research I bought the Trigger Point Therapy Workbook, and then the Thera Cane to compliment it.

They have proved to be two of the best investments I have ever made. The book allowed me to understand my own body, and the Thera Cane allowed me to treat it - easily and effectively. I don't use the book as much now (just for occasional reference); but the Thera Cane I use everyday, simply for the virtually effortless and pleasurable relief it provides.

There is no-one I would not recommend this product to.

Great product

I ordered this item on friday 3rd of feb and it was first class delivery so i was expecting to come between wedessday and thursday, but it came the next day on a saturday! So im very pleased with that. The product itself i think is very good. I have back pains and it can reach all areas of your back, upper and lower. It feels nice when you massage yourself with it as you can apply as much pressure as you want. I've tried things like home medics vibrating back massager which didnt work for me. I love the thercane and now im actually getting better sleep than i used to be. Great product comes with manual!
