The 4 Way Knobbler

I really love this knobbler. In a massage, using thumbs with hard pressure in certain areas, like either side of the spine from neck to sacrum is an important stroke, but if your thumbs are not very strong, this is where the knobbler comes into its own. It fits beautifully, I like the two larger spheres on it, and hardly use the smaller ones. I combine my hands and the knobbler, to steady it, and keep the contact too. It is also brilliant used slowly around the shoulder blades, and gets knots out if it is worked over the area. I use it for about 15 mins of the massage. The best thing is the smooth way it glides, friction free once massage oil has been applied. I think the smooth plastic, the colour and the price are all perfect. I keep mine on the radiator when massaging, so it is already nice and warm. I recommend this, if only to provide a different sensation, since massage is all about the different sensations, as well as increased relaxation and health.

Must have item for your kit.

Haven't used it too much yet but i can see how this item il help to take the pressure of my hands especially in a team sport situation. I use friction and trigger point techniques so having this and its brothers to hand is a must. For the price it is worthing having them just incase rather than wishing you had them when you need them most.

Nobble it 4 way

I ordered this to use on myself and the thumb nobbler to use on clients. I think the thumb nobbler is better. I tested it on my husband and he didn't know which was my thumb and which was the nobbler!.... He did have a jumper on so it was pressure through his clothing, but the fact that he couldn't tell the difference is great. I have been doing massage for years and wish I had bought these devices sooner. I think all massage therapists should have one if they do deep tissue work. Excellent product and very cheap too!
