Practitioner Description:
Karlyn is a professional Rebirthing Breathwork practitioner trained in Australia to government accredited standards. She trained with Alakh Analda, Australia's leading Rebirthing Breathwork trainers. She has been in professional practice for many years, using Breathwork as her primary healing tool since her late teens.
Her background includes management,team building and training. She has also trained in Reiki, Crystal Therapy and Massage. Yoga and meditation are a constant in her life. All of these elements add depth to her technique and practice.
She is involved in leading breathwork organizations, currently serving as treasurer of the British Rebirth Society and UK National Coordinator for the International Breathwork Foundation. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high professional standards in the UK and internationally.
She offers a safe and sacred space for you to undertake your personal journey of self discovery, self fulfillment and self empowerment so that you may share yourself with the world from this place.
The form this takes currently is one-to-one sessions,
workshops and groups. These are all based in Scotland, mainly around the Fife and Edinburgh area, however, she is happy to travel to other parts of the UK. Please feel free to get in touch should you have any inquiries.
She is also a fully trained Doula and supports women and families through pregnancy, birth and post natal transition.
