ACT ON IT! was established in the belief that communication and self awareness are very important for personal development and personal lives. I am a top drama school trained and accredited actress and speech teacher.
I run private and group personal development sessions and Drama Therapy for children and adults who lack confidence, through customised and personalised coaching to help them to inspire creativity and confidence.
Using a mixture of Speech, Alexander Technique, Creative and Acting to equip clients to deal with everyday challenges. Working one on one or in small secure groups, we are able to explore different means to unlock their potential.
For people who want to develop creatively, have confidence and low self esteem issues, hold onto tension and problems, have speech difficulties including breath control projection and public speaking, want to partcipate in Alexander Technique, want personal development through Speech and Acting and much more.
