Practitioner Description:
The focus of my therapy practice is to help my clients achieve their sports and career goals. I work in person and over the phone with Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to achieve cherished results gently and effective. I have particular skill in dissolving blocks related to public speaking, low self esteem, depression. I work with sports people to increase range of motion by at leat 20%, help speed up recovery from injuries and surgery, clear past performance trauma and much more. I also teach Reiki and provide Crystal healing.
