Practitioner Description:
Although I have earned qualifications in: Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy and NLP, I am now a dedicated EFT Practitioner (Level 3, advanced) and Trainer. My practice is located in a comfortable, private office in Haverhill, which is less than 30 minutes from Cambridge, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Sudbury, Halstead, Braintree, Great Dunmow, Bishops Stortford and Saffron Walden.
My specialisations include Addictions and Depressive Disorders and I am now running successful workshops for Emotional Eating to help anyone who has an unbalanced relationship with food. I am a full-time EFT therapist and devote my time to consultations with clients, marketing myself or improving my skills so as to be the best I can possibly be for the benefit of anyone that comes to me for help with any problem whether it is emotional, physical, or psychological.

By drawing on my commercial background I am now offering Specialised Training Courses for niche workers. These include Life Coaches, Sales & Tele-Sales, Customer Service, Factory and Shop employees. With the exception of Life Coaches, these courses are available in either full or half day formats. The full day incorporates accreditation to Level 1 and is mandatory for Life Coaches.
