Practitioner Description:
East Neuk Therapies is set in the picturesque village of St Monans, Fife, and is run by husband and wife, Tim Wightman and Gillian Wightman.
We have trained to a high level in therapies which consistently offer outstanding results and have 18 years experience in this field. Our focus is to detect and treat the underlying causes of physical pain, disease, depression and anxiety, whether this be emotional, structural or nutritional. Our aim is to do this in a gentle and supportive manner allowing people to heal at their own pace and without further discomfort or trauma.
It is important that clients understand their own responsibility in the healing process and every effort is made to support them in this process.
