When we have an emotional or physical problem that we just can't seem to get rid of no matter what we do there is a disruption or block somewhere in our system, either physically, or energetically. At East Neuk Therapies we use and teach techniques such as CranioSacral Therapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques to allow our clients to be free from physical problems, painful emotions and limiting beliefs in a safe way. East Neuk Therapies is set in the picturesque village of St Monans, Fife, and is run by husband and wife, Tim Wightman and Gillian Wightman.
