Practitioner Description:I have been working in Training, Coaching and Mentoring since 1995 and have been back in London since 2005.I am a Psychotherapist, Coach and Trainer in communication and management. I am a Practitioner in EFT(Emotional Freedom Techniques) and in Time Line Therapy. These techniques are as interesting with private clientele or with Corporate Business. NLP(Neuro-Linguistic-Programming) is very useful for retraining the brain into more positive re-framing of past issues into future solutions. I am NLP Master since 1995 and Hypnosis Practitioner since 1999. I have been trained as well in Transactional Analysis and Positive Visualization. I am passionate about results for my clients: I will use whatever tools I have available to ensure positive results and massive improvements! I have been training and coaching young business Men for a French Business organization called CJD (Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants). I was conducting personal development workshops around success and strategy. I am a Psychotherapist and a Coach and I also carry out contract work with Companies wanting to improve their staff performance and general well being. I have developed a new course on how to deal with the stresses of modern day living: what strategies will work individually to survive the urban jungle unscathed and on top of the world. I am writing a book about Coaching Strategies for Professionals in conjunction with other professional Coaches. It should be available at the beginning of next year. I am developing the Coaching side with Companies interested in a new approaches for their business, including the emotional side of things. My belief is that as long as we ignore this dimension at work, it plays against us. By being holistic in my approach, I work within the 21st century needs. We must advance or be left behind with the competition taking advantage of our weakness. We need to deal with the relationship with our colleagues (It’s the biggest part of our day) and react in front of our competitors seeking our weaknesses and trying to exploit them for their own benefit. I do have a huge passion in helping people to find their own way to be themselves and unleash their true potential.
