ayurveda in the west

Do you think that you can get good treatments in the west or only in India where ayurveda is more accepted?

I am from India and even here tnow there are not too many people who truly knowthe treatment practice of ayurveda....it is only in Kerela where you can get treatments and people who have read a lot and from generations are practicing this healing technique...but before going to someone it is always best to get reference from a friend......
