The first consultation will normally take one and a half hours or more. This is your time and space to do the talking, covering all aspects of your life.
You will be able to express, in complete confidence, all those matters about your life that you can, or want to say about yourself. Therefore, come prepared to talk at length ? and to be listened to.
Some of this may seem unrelated to your complaint, but homeopathy is an holistic approach and aims to return the whole person to health. All this provides information for the homeopath to choose the remedy most appropriate for your symptoms.
A good prescription depends firstly upon the homeopath?s understanding of you (as a whole) and secondly on the correct analysis of what needs to be cured.
