Practitioner Description:
I established my private practice, 'The Consulting Rooms', in Burnham-on-Sea, Somerset, in 1989. The practice was extended in September 1993 to offer consultations at the Medical Centre, Pepperall Road, Highbridge. The Medical Centre has full wheelchair access and both locations have free, easily accessible parking.
I specialise in using hypnotherapy, coaching, counselling and stress management techniques to help you realise your personal, business and sporting potential. My work is to ensure freedom from whatever has been restricting your capacity to make the most of yourself and your life. We work proactively together to help you find ways to resolve difficulties and balance a lifestyle that is pleasurable, healthy and sustainable.
I particularly enjoy working with smoking cessation, anxiety issues and with horse riders (equestrians).
