Hypnotherapy is a truly Holistic healing method, gently and easily getting right to the root of all emotional, behavioural ahd physical problems - the Unconscious Mind. Lasting change can only happen at the unconscious level. Hypnosis allows you to achieve the changes you desire - and it your desired outcomes I work with.
Hypnosis is a totally natural altered state of consciousness, which allows me to work directly with the Unconscious Mind, releasing negative emotions and limiting beliefs, thus bringing rapid and lasting change. The body's natural resources are brought back into balance allowing natural healing to follow.
Habits are cured, confidence, self belief and self worth blossoms, stress-related illnesses such as IBS melt away. The body, no longer needing to 'hold on', so clients with a weight issue are delighted to see the pounds fall away, gently and at the right rate to maintain your overall physical wellbeing.
With the combination of techniques I can use, I am able to ease a client towards freedom from addictions to harmful substances, while normal cigarette smoking can be stopped in one session with no side effects.
