Practitioner Description:My name is Louise Watts and I am a certified hypnotherapist, having trained with the well-known Terrence Watts and the celebrity hypnotist, Jonathan Royle.I use a combination of hypnotherapy, NLP and Movie Therapy to help my clients achieve the life they want. I specialise in smoking cessation and weight control, but also assist with: Pain Management Fears and Phobias Goal Achievement Stress Reduction Relationships Behavioural Problems in Children Habits Snoring Stammering I am based in Aldgate in the City of London and offer Saturday appointments from early until late - so there's no need to book time off work! I also have appointments available on weekday evenings in Rochford, Essex. I offer a FREE consultation so come along for a friendly, informal chat to see how I can help you. Alternatively, I also offer email counselling and movie therapy if you do not feel ready for have face to face therapy, or you are not able to travel to a therapist for whatever reason.
