Practitioner Description:
My name is John Moonie and I am a full-time Professional Hypnotherapist based in Perth, Scotland. I tend to specialise in helping with Anxiety-based disorders like lack of Confidence, Panic and Phobias. This means a wide range of problems from fear of Flying or Driving to Agoraphobia. My main aim is to help people get results in the real world as well as in the mind! This has been proven a number of times now with such obvious outcomes as driving tests. Other areas where results are immediately obvious and beneficial are in Public Speaking and Interview or Exam "nerves".
I offer other services too such as counselling, life coaching and CDs for smoking, weight loss, confidence, fear of flying, etc. I also offer a customised CD service for people who would find the travel too far or live abroad but are still keen to to experience professional hypnotherapy.
