Meriel Younger promotes healthy living through her complementary therapies at headandfoot.co.uk within central Edinburgh and the Lothians. As a reflexologist she is experienced in Maternity Reflexology and also uses Adapted Reflextherapy to alleviate back pain and stress. Indian Head Massage, Holistic Massage (Swedish or Therapeutic Massage), Hopi Ear Candles (Advanced Thermo Auricular Therapy) and Aqua Detox all compliment her holistic healing philosophy to promote a more balanced and less stressed way of life.
Meriel has just added Thai Reflexology, Thai Foot Massageand NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to her repertoire.
