Practitioner Description:I have been practising holistic massage therapy since 1994. It's great for the relief of all kinds of conditions from Muscular aches and pains to stress and depression. I practice from a treatment room at my home in Hoylake.I trained to teach yoga in India in 2004 and now try and combine the use of both therapies to suit the needs of the individual. The massage techniques I use - vary from Acupressure, Swedish and Remedial work to lighter more energy-healing based treatments, again depending on the needs of the individual. I incorporate breathing and meditation techniques into work at a deeper level. Pregnancy massage is also available. I teach yoga for both adults and kids locally. See website or phone for details.
