Practitioner Description:Imran is a gold medal winning Naturopath. He gained his Diploma in Naturopathy, Yoga and Acupressure from the Indian Institute of Naturopathy, New Delhi in 1998. Since then, and until the present, he has been the Head of the Naturopathy and Yoga department at Aashlok Hospital and at the Integrated Medical Centre in New Delhi.Imran also trained in Therapeutic Yoga from the Bharat school of yoga, New Delhi, whilst also training in tongue and pulse diagnosis, Ayurvedic Pancha Karma and traditional Marma Therapy from the Holy Family Hospital, New Delhi. Imran was also the Chief Executive of the Ayurvedic Pancha Karma department at the IMC in New Delhi. In addition he has a Diploma in First Aid and Stroke Rehabilitation from the Indian Red Cross Society. He has organised many workshops and health programmes in the Himalayas and Rajastan, which included trekking, yoga, meditation and lectures. In 1999 he worked as a consultant of Naturopathy for India’s biggest health exhibition. He was awarded a gold medal as an ‘All Rounder’ by the Health Care Foundation of India. Independently he has worked abroad in many countries, including Oman, South Africa, Australia, Singapore, the USA, West Indies, Kuwait and Italy. He started working in private practice in 1996.
