Aromatherapy Relaxation Massage: Using pre-blended organic oils. Swedish Massage combined with other therapeutic massage techniques to soothe and relax.
Fully qualified Vodder Manual Lymph Drainage to assist in the removal of excess fluid and waste products to promote healing of the skin tissues.
A gentle and rhythmic massage, profoundly relaxing which boosts the action of the lymph system which in turn speeds up the process of eliminating waste products and toxins from the skin tissue and promotes the regeneration of skin cells. Useful in pre and post surgery to aid the healing and recovery and also used in conjunction with detoxification to help rid the body of toxins.
Courses of MLD and combined decongestive therapy available.
Sports Injury and Ultrasound Therapy which combines the treatment of sports injuries through massage and manipulation, strength building and functional exercises to assist in the speedy recovery of ligament and muscular injuries.
