Practitioner Description:
I Provide Relaxing Reflexology Treatments in the comfort of your own home or workplace. Reflexology is a safe and natural Complementary Therapy which, by applying gentle pressure to the Feet or Hands, may bring relief from a wide range of Conditions. It may also Relieve Stress and Tension, Improve Circulation and Encourage Self Healing. I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology and regularly attend seminars and workshops to ensure my skills are up to date. I am a Member of the Association of Reflexologists and am a member of the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners. I am also available to carry out reflexology treatments in a chiropody clinic in the centre of Sheffield and a Beauty and Holistic Therapy Centre in the Hunter's Bar area of Sheffield.
