Alison Graham MAR is a Member of the Association of Reflexologists and provides reflexology and Indian head massage treatments in the comfort of your own home.
Reflexology is a therapeutic foot massage and a holistic treatment which works to rebalance and harmonise the body. By working specific points on the feet a response is triggered in the corresponding organs and systems of the body, enabling the body to balance and heal itself.
Indian head massage utilises a range of different massage pressures and techniques to manipulate the soft tissues in the shoulders, arms and head. Indian head massage can reduce stress and create a sense of wellbeing, among other benefits.
Alison trained at the internationally renowned Oxford School of Reflexology, and she is fully insured to work as a complementary therapist. Alison is a mobile therapist and covers Oxford, Banbury, Bicester and the surrounding area.
