Practitioner Description:
Mobile Therapies offer a variety of complementary therapies, focusing on the mind, body and spirit. Marie Barbieri is fully qualified (IIHHT MICHT) and is a member of the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists), the professional body to which she is bound by their code of conduct and ethics.
Marie covers the Exeter area, visiting private homes, residential homes, schools and offices. Prices include travel, equipment, towels and all essential oils/products used.
Marie uses a top quality Starlight therapy bed, where the client can relax fully and listen to calm and therapeutic music throughout their treatment. She uses only top grade pure essential oils supplied by Tisserand and Eve Taylor.
Treatments include: aromatherapy, reflexology, Indian head massage, body massage therapy, thermal auricular therapy, BVM (Bharti Vyas Method), holistic facial massage and nutritional therapy. Each client will receive a free initial 20-minute consultation so that Marie can devise the most suitable treatment plan.
Marie cares for a person as a whole, and specialises in treating women and children. She believes that we as people, operate on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels, and we need to treat our whole person and not just the symptom or complaint we are suffering from. Her treatments aim to maintain homeostasis (rebalance the whole being) and are extremely relaxing and enjoyable, bringing about a wonderful feeling of peace and harmony.
Many of the treatments offered can help conditions such as: stress, anxiety, low immune system, back/neck ache, skin problems, asthma, digestive disorders, arthritis, depression, infertility, menopause, insomnia, sinusitis, eye strain, hormonal imbalances, headache/migraine and many others.
