Reflexology is the technique of applying gentle pressure to the reflexes on the feet to bring about a state of deep relaxation, stimulate the body’s own healing processes and help the body return to a state of balance and well-being. Alison specialises in Fertility Reflexology & Maternity Reflexology.
Treatment incorporates Vertical Reflex Techniques and Traditional Chinese Medicine Acupressure points to give a fully 'holistic' approach.
Neck and Back Massage, Abdominal Massage, Cupping Therapy, Reiki, Crystal Healing and Feng Shui Consultations also offered.
