Gentle Touch TM Reflexology - is a little different to standard foot Reflexology, as it uses a unique and specifically applied lightness of touch. This is an extremely relaxing and sensitive treatment. Using highly refined 100% natural oil, the practitioner gently massages specific ?reflex points? on the feet which correspond to various body systems, parts and organs.This is designed to enhance the client?s own healing ability and may be used to assist in reducing any stress or tension held in the body.
Reiki - This peaceful and calming treatment is intended to promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. Clients lie or sit fully clothed and the practitioner?s hands are placed on or above specific parts of the body, starting with the head.
Hopi Ear Candle Therapy - This can be a wonderful method to remove earwax, relieve and decrease ear pain,improve sleep, relieve allergies and may decrease chronic pain syndromes. It may be also soothing and helpful for tinnitus,stress and nervousness.
Indian Head Massage - A gorgeous neck and shoulder massage, followed by a reviving scalp massage which relaxes and stimulates.It finishes with a light, soothing face massage which may help relieve headaches and sinus problems.
