Practitioner Description:
Reiki is a holistic method of healing and relaxation which works on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. It is a natural hands-on therapy which is suitable for everyone. Reiki helps to promote deep relaxation and natural healing. Conditions that may benefit from Reiki include, stress and tension, muscular aches and pains, anger, grief or depression.
As well as offering treatments, I run Usui Reiki Courses for those who wish to develop their self awareness and spirituality.
