Naud Bo-Ram is the unique traditional massage of Thailand. The massage consists of Sen Energy line work and stretching. The massage therefore increases flexibility, releases tension and helps the bodies natural energy flow more easily. This treatment is performed on a mat on the floor. The client is fully clothed (clothing provided) and no oils are used.
Thai Herbal Compress 90 mins £65.00 / 120 mins £85.00
Thai Herbal Compress is a combination of Thai Massage and hot compresses blended with traditional Thai herbs. The compresses have a relaxing and invigorating effect on the mind and on the body while simultaneously soothing sore over-worked muscles and tendons. They also can be used to alleviate sprains, stiffness and inflammation.
All compresses used are specifically blended in Thailand using the most effective and traditional herbs for their exclusive use at Tonic Day Spa.
Thai Foot Massage 45 mins £31.50
Thai Foot Massage is over 3,000 years old and is based on the same principles as Reflexology. However, Thai Massage uses extra zones and is performed using a massage stick rather than the therapist’s hands.
Julia Ball, the owner of Tonic Day Spa, has undergone extensive training in Thailand in both Southern and Northern Thai therapies. Julia is also a qualified instructor graduating from the “International Training Massage School, ITM of Chiang Mai, Thailand” after completing a “Comprehensive Teacher Training Program”.
All treatments with Julia incur a 10% charge.
All therapists offering Thai treatments have completed formal training in Thai Massage and are qualified in traditional Thai therapies.
